AKL Summer Camp runs for the month of June only (4 exclusive weeks). We intentionally keep it short to ensure high energy, premium programming, and no burnout for students or teachers.

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM • Fridays: Extended hours due to field trips (Detailed schedules will be sent before camp begins.) FREE of charge for extended care on Fridays!

Drop off is at River Eves Elementary 8:45am-9:00am Pick up is at 1pm at River Eves Elementary (besides Friday's because we will offer Free extended care due to Field Trips and travel time). Parents will have a detailed literary and daily schedule weekly.

Because we believe in quality over quantity. Each week is a specialty-themed immersive experience with hands-on learning, outdoor exploration, and meaningful field trips. Four weeks allows us to stay fresh, intentional, and impactful.

Each week focuses on a specialty learning experience such as: • 🎣 Fishing & Outdoor Skills • 🌎 Geology & Earth Explorers • 🐠 Water & Marine Science • 🚀 Future Innovators STEM Labs (Themes are immersive — not classroom-heavy. Last year, we spent almost ZERO time sitting at desks!)

No! We open limited spots to the public each week. However, priority enrollment goes to current AKL families. Spots are intentionally limited.

• $225 per week – Current AKL Students • $325 per week – Non-AKL Students Field trip investments may be added depending on the experience that week.

Field trips are carefully curated and correlate with the weekly theme. Some premium trips (ex: out-of-state or specialty STEM experiences) may require a separate field trip investment to maintain the high-quality experience. You can view field trip cost during check out. If you choose not to pay for field trip up front, please note that all fees are due April 1st to ensure proper bookings.

Yes — daily. Even though we are “outside, not in,” students still practice: • Grade-level math • Literacy and comprehension • Critical thinking • Real-world problem solving We prevent summer regression while keeping learning fun.

School-age students (elementary level). Exact age range will be listed on registration. 5-12

At this time, camp is structured as a half-day premium experience. Extended Friday hours are for field trips only.

Due to food allergies, dietary preferences, and the nature of our outdoor adventure-based programming, we believe it is safest and most practical for families to provide meals that align with their child’s specific needs. Many of our weeks include: • Outdoor exploration • Fishing & nature activities • STEM labs • Field trip travel Having parent-prepared lunches ensures: ✔ Allergy safety ✔ Dietary control ✔ Quick transitions during adventure days ✔ Minimal food cross-contamination We encourage families to pack: • A balanced lunch • Two snacks • A refillable water bottle

Registration opens online. Spots are secured once payment is completed. Once a week fills, it closes.

Due to limited spots and pre-booked vendors, deposits are non-refundable. Transfers may be considered based on availability.

AKL’s degreed educators and trained staff lead all activities. Safety, supervision, and engagement are our top priorities.

Yes! Families may register for one or multiple weeks. If registering for multiple weeks, you may only can check out 1 at a time due to our system. Please be patient :)

Alchemy Kids Learning Summer Camp is a limited-enrollment, highly curated academic and enrichment experience. Each child’s placement is intentionally reserved, materials are secured in advance, and partnerships are confirmed prior to the start of camp. For this reason, all camp investments are final and non-refundable. Should a scheduling conflict arise, your investment may be transferred to another available camp week, pending space and administrative approval. Enrollment signifies a commitment to the full camp experience and to the excellence we prepare for each scholar. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to an extraordinary summer.
