Hey New Friends,

My name is Shanika Smith and welcome to my blog! Now I must say that this has been 8 years in the making, so thrilled is an understatement! I have always dreamed about forming a community with like minded individuals, but I was to afraid to take the first step.... of just starting! Sounds familiar? For those of you who do not know me let me re-introduce myself ( In my Jay-z voice).

I am a wife to an amazing man, a boy mom to 5 wonderful boys in a blended family, a former Educator, a new homeschooling mamma, plant based (pescatarian some days) lol, an avid thrifter, and lover of of this beautiful world! In my upcoming post I will be letting my hair down and digging into taboo topics such as: natural remedies, education, healthy quick recipes, business ideas, marriage tips, and travel tips for families every Monday!
