Get What You Want Out Of This Life!

This past weekend I had the honor of celebrating with a group of amazing women for my friends birthday in Charlotte, NC. I rented out of my favorite car, a Tesla (only to discover that it's not meant for long distances & I must admit it's a bit to "techy" for me) lol, and my 6 year old accompanied me on our 1st ever solo road trip! I also was asked to host a candle/perfume making class from my other business The Cire Collection, and then we all participated in a group cooking class at The Perfect Beet ( I will do a separate Blog on this great black woman owned business) .

Can I just say that I literally felt a spark of creativity that came alive again after facing my fears and doing something different?! It was simply amazing! The guest all had a good time and they really enjoyed their finished products. Honestly, I had forgot how dope my products were! This gesture of me hosting gave me the confidence of keeping my business alive, and made me love it again! For a minute I honestly had resentment towards my own business, because I felt as if I had failed and it caused me so much debt! Sometimes we have to be real with ourselves, kill our egos, and allow for grace to come in. It's OKAY to START OVER. It's OKAY to REINVENT YOURSELF. It's OKAY to ASK FOR HELP. It's OKAY to NOT BE OKAY sometimes as well. This is a friendly reminder to just start! If you are looking for "the perfect moment", it will never happen. If that dream you have keeps nudging at you, and the universe is constantly sending you signs..... do it. Lastly, always remember that even in the roughest times..... everything truly works out for your good.

If no one told you today that they love you..... I will do it for them. I love you!
